These are admissions tickets to each venue during the event from 27 September [Friday] to 24 November [Sunday].

For those who have advance ticket
Advance tickets must be exchanged for an admission ticket at one of the following exhibition venues or at the Okayama Station Information Center.

- ※Exhibition venues and the Okayama Station Information Center will be closed Monday during the summit, with the exception of October 14 and November 4.

*Tickets can be used for the admission of one person per ticket during the exhibition.Same-day re-entry is permitted at all venues.
*Admission is free for students in high school or below with a student ID card; individuals with disability certificate and one accompanying individual; and others deemed eligible by the Executive Committee.
*For Students tickets, a student ID card is required when purchasing.
*For Senior Citizens tickets, proof of age (license, etc.) is required when purchasing.
*Group tickets may be purchased by groups of 8 or more paying guests. (Groups may include general admission visitors and students.)
*Tickets cannot be refunded or reissued.
*The organizer bears no responsibilities for lost or stolen tickets.
*Reselling this ticket for commercial purposes is not permitted under any circumstances.
*Tickets may not be available at some exhibition venues.
*Purchasing tickets from any location other than the ticketing locations specified by the organizer is prohibited. Such tickets cannot be used for admission. Please note that the Committee bears no responsibility for any issues that arise from tickets purchased at any location other than the specified ticketing location, or resale tickets purchased through an Internet auction, etc.
*Single-venue tickets can be used for admission to one venue only.
